This is actually good way to keep busy when you have all the money and fame. Many get wasted instead. Malaika is a good role model. Those equipment are weird though

One does not need any equipment to get fit and be fit? Free arm exercise and walking/jogging/skipping will do.All this will cost almost nothing.

As we all know, fat is lost by two methods:

AA. less excessive food ( eating beyond genuine need )

BB. more muscle work.

Malaika is bringing respectability to wealthy people taking exercise, which is very good, but obesity is found in even quite poor people now a days. For them gym equipment is probably not the solution.

It seems that the urge to eat even without need, once the habit has developed in a person through psychological or life style related reasons, is almost impossible to control.

However routine muscle work does reduce the desire for excess eating. Small amount of regular exercise is more effective in this than sudden binges of hard exercise.

Any muscle work burns fat, but the body of obese individuals needs acclimatization to loss of fat. Sudden loss of fat often leads to sudden excess of eating to bring the fat back into the body.

A back pack type school bag full of water filled plastic bottles ( about 5 kilograms ) if carried on the back throughout the day is good low cost exercise equipment, leaves hands free for work, does not interfere with most activities, prevents back aches, and also causes fat loss.
