Job Profiles on Linkedin may be high-sounding but actual work profile may be preparing endless PPTs, Excel sheets & White Papers. Indian Management graduates have not been able to show their prowess in innovation & quality improvement in almost any field. There is hardly any Indian presence when it comes to look for improvement in quality of product & service standards. Valuable contribution is still found wanting from them in Supply Chain Management, Forensic Accounting, CSR, Infrastructure Project Managements. Actually, the IIMs are now quite down in performance even in comparison to simple General Stream colleges like SRCC, Miranda, Bandodkar, Vaze or Loyola & Xaviers.
