There are very few women who are serious about there careers. That is the reason why we have very few women holding top most position in few organisations. Still for the Indian women family comes first and career takes the back seat. There are few ambitious women who by hook or crook try to secure their position in the organisation. For them morality has no meaning, and because of them men think that all women are of same type which is not the correct assessment just like all men are not rapists. However women have to work really hard with more determination & integration if they seriously want to compete with their male colleagues.
