More lifestyle oriented disease affecting the weak and then hereditary/genetic reasons added to it. Our body is evolved in a certain way and we go far away from that way our cells get confused to a point that it becomes cancerous taking with it the other cells along with it. Modern science has the drastic cure in the form of chemo and radiation therapys to destroy those cells but that could not be permanent way. What we follow and also help our kids to follow nature make them and their cells learn from nature with strengthening their immunity.
The present day therapies for cancer benefit the pharma companies and hospitals rather than the patient. We need a totally radical and different approach based on cellular adaptive response and survival skills. Cellular intelligence is one aspect scientists ignore though we see many examples of it eg in slime molds, bacteria and even viruses. There are certain principles in biology beyond the present day understanding of bio scientists. Unfortunately scientists thinking out of the box donot receive grants.
