I opine that the mindset of teachers to prepare their lessons everyday would definitely help us reform our education system. Ours is the best, as it is designed as per the child psychology. Make it mandatory for the teacher's to showcase their planning and evidence children learning. This must be an ideal scenario in every school. INDIAN IS MOST CORRECPT IN ALL FIELDS EDUCATION IS THE MOST CORREOPT NEARLY RS . 8000 CROES CORPOATE BIG SCHOOLS LOOTING OUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN VARIOUS FEES , THIS THAT LOOTING MONEY FROM MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE STATE , CENTROL GOVTS SUPPORING TO CORPORATE SCOOLS TO LOOT THE MONEY NO FEE CONTROL NO PROPER BUILDING NO SAFE FOR CHILDERN AFTER 70 YEARS RULED GOVT UNABLE TO FREE GOOD EDUCATION TO PEOPLE ITS TOTAL FAILURE GOVTS.
Children's interest should be paramount but we have to with social environment. Elementary education is a necessity but for higher education student should be given a free hand. Most of the students are never comfortable with higher studies. If we dilute the standards of education it will harm the student and nation. Instead of diluting the education level, students should be given freedom to chose his career according to his interests. Every student is an institution in himself. We should make the environment for him to explore his inside and progress in life.

I have seen students having been given a freehand by parents,chose courses that were of their interest but not in demand in the job market. Most of them rue their decision now as they are underemployed or unemployed. So there needs to be a balance

private technical colleges in india are in great mess. they dont pay their teachers salary for 4-5 months. but ask them to work continuously. even there have been no vacations given to the teachers. they are forced to bring admissions by calling or roaming around in the heat of 40-45 degree temperature. teachers are asked to fulfill admission targets other wise they can loose their jobs. neither parents, nor students nor management give any respect to the teachers
