This was nostalgic...perhaps went through the same routine as you. Then finally decided that I am my own master. I did my study on the net, downloaded a couple of apps for diet control , then kept at it. The mind dissuaded and motivated at the same time. The biggest motivation was seeing my weight below a 100. HAve lost about 22 kgs ...now its a lifestyle. I dont know any fancy words like core etc...but I do what my body can handle at close to50 plus a bit more to give it an extra push.
