Language is a means for communication.
This must not be used as a measure of intelligence.
Look at how Americans use English, and its correctness as per England norms!!!
I studied in Hindi Medium Village School, and used to score much better in Engineering courses as compared with Convent educated ones.
This proves that English is not a measure of intelligence.
And fortunately, computers help almost to 99.99 % to correct spellings while writing communications.

ENGLISH IS A FUNNY LANGUAGE, WHICH MR AMITABH BACHAN MADE A DIALOGUE IN A MOVIE, NAMAKHALAL. BUT WHEN A VIP SPELLS WRONG PRONUNCIATION, WRONG, FAKE, FALSE SPEECHES AND PROMISES, THE FOOL PUBLIC BELIEVE IT.

Sanskrit is the perfect language where as English is a funny language. Its spelling, pronunciation etc. lacks logic. However English was made popular by English people. Today Sanskrit is more popular in Germany than in its birth place India
