Adding ghee chees in diet for loosing weight can anyone explain?, but completely avoiding carbs in weight training!!!!! without carbs how can he get power to lift weight? Minimum carb intake is really essential to gain power.

I have also heard that one should not give up carbs completely. Also in the begining, coming from 130 kilos, weight loss is quick, later it stabilises and thats frustrating. Men should also get their testosterone checked if they are gaining weight too much
