Sir Beautiful.... What is the name of this place in Arunachal ? In which way we have to go from Pasighat ? Travel mode by two or four wheeler ? Regards
It is difficult to go alone as the area is remote without a local guide. You could face isues as locals are not that exposed to tourist and there is issue of inner line permit. Best place to try is sikkim and shillong as they are tourist centers. If you still want to push further in states like Arunachal, Manipur,Nagaland etc, these states organise yearly tourist festivals like hornbill festival or sangai festival of Nagaland and Manipur. You plan your visit during these festivals,that would make your visit much easier. Imphal is the easiest as it directly connected by flights from major Indian cities.

Tarun brother. You seriously need to read more about your country. Arunachal has one of highest population in India where locals speak Hindi and english with ease. I was born in Arunachal and stayed for 18 years. Pasighat, Rottung, that the author has spoken above has tourists visiting for more than 50 years, including foreigners. As far as inner line permit is concerned, you can one from Guwahati, Pasighat airport nd in some cases even from checkposts. There is direct flight from Guwahati to Pasighat and chopper services from/to many other places in Arunachal. After Manipuri I believe Arunachali's are smartest in North east India. Even remotest areas, you will find people who are graduates, post graduates and Village elders speaking English and HIndi. Please check your facts first.

Nearest Airport Dibrugarh then cross brahmaputra river via boat at Dibrugrah then 75 KM to Passighat from opposite bank of Brahmaputra river otherwise come to guwahati then by rail to Jonai 450 Km .after Jonai 40 KM to Passighat ( AP)
