I have read the article. Yes partly it is agreed and partly not. A lady is not a machine of Sex. Therefore some space should also be given to a spouse. When both are agreeable then sex is called a bliss or otherwise as per the findings is considered as rape. If that be so Y marry and get entangled with the subject raised.

On one side, what is stated above is true. It will really become a harassing tool for the husbands and then the sanctity of marriage does not remain. This subject is a very fine invisible thread which has to be dealt with utmost caution as otherwise the meaning of 7 Phere during the time of marriage will have no value.
If that be so, and if agreed, then before marriage an Agreement will have be taken to safe guard the Husbands. This would otherwise mean indirectly like a contract marriage.
I hope the law makers would take a deep thought on this and not be speedy in giving its decision. The above quoted para above as appeared on the net could be factually true.
In any case, big brains, with out of the box thinking will help. Lets wait and watch.
No law can be framed to cover all such issues. If made, will not have any practical application. Our laws are made as if India is a very advanced country in relation to liberties to women etc., nothing wrong, but ground reality is that more than 100 crore live still below poverty line or LIG or non tax payers, majority of whose cultural system is not ready to adopt all such laws. As such courts are talking theory, and few of them who are educated and cunning have adopted extortion business.
