Safety can be achieved by putting harsh punishments for the criminals. You can never block a persons freedom and he or she both should have same rules.
These women will go to nightclub where men are also drinking, and then some body touches the woman in drunken stupor, then the women's group and arnab goswamy will want PM to protect them.It is crazy even to suggest a woman will go to a men's bar in the night and want to be protected from men of un verified background,who after a peg or two will tend to think that the world is for him

what rights, you are quoting since in every sphere of life there are reservations for them, say bus, train etc.
