Here's why you are not losing weight

Loosing weight

I have started working out (conditioning exercise and running/walking) since last 1.5 months. Initially i lost a kilo or two but now my weight is constant. I am planning to give up on my sugar intake to reduce more but my protein drink also contains sugar how can i avoid that?
