While the suits Modi wears are gifted ones whileRahul has purchased such an expensive dress. Congressis should not unnecessarily compare the two cases.

Yes..true..Modiji always auctions his gifts. Moreover he doesnot have any attractions, favorites to unofficially amass black money. So much furore was created at that time and hence the jacket worn by Rahul should be making noise. RTI has shown that Modiji does spend only from his salary and not from the govt. funds.
I think we need to just leave it here as the people who have money will keep doing such things. No point in picking up only certain people to complain.

Receiving Gifts though unavoidable - costly gifts if given by an Indian/Indian Corporates have some meaning in it. - Ought to have been avoided at the entry level itself.
