Learning by sitting in class room

The need of the hour is recruiting excellent teachers who take teaching as a passion. Unfortunately, this is not happening in our country (admittedly, there could be exceptions). In the government - run Universities, it would be politics, religion and caste (through cast-based reservations) and money power that decide whom to be chosen as a Teacher, who in turn is supposed to mould the up-coming generation. If the Teacher is excellent, then no matter whether the class is conducted in-door or out-door. And the students should also learn how to listen to a lecture - which is a part of discipline.

Which India should listen to him? The ruling India, the governing India, the mass India? What he does can only be read about not copied and implemented elsewhere.

Kudos to you Sonam. 100% agree with you.
Recently I have been to corporate that my son goes to.

Qualities needed in a person - who teaches them (school, parents and society). Results are shocking.

I asked the school what qualities person should have to be socially responsible and to succeed in life?

I asked out of these what are being taught at school and how much time is being spent by the school.

Answer is shocking, school is not spending not even 1 hour/3 months for basic qualities like courtesy, empathy ...

I have carried out this excersise in our community. Results are shocking.
