1.> Limit the carbs to complex carbs. No simple carbs. (No whites, only browns and that too in limit) 2.> Yes, cheat day once a month 3.> Very less exercise, No cardio, only weights thrice a week for 45 mins each
Well done, buddy! Keep it up. Maybe I will try to focus a bit more on my diet and get rid of some junk or fried/fatty food too. Your story was inspiring.

Congrats on your weight loss. I have a question; 1. Calories is energy, isnt it? So if you consume only 1200cal/day, wont it make you feel weak? 2. I live alone...so i eat out all my meals. Any suggestions what kind of food I should eat more?
I am 5.8, 87 kgs, waist of 37. Want to lose badly.

You will feel weak, only when you lose muscle mass, not fat which is just an extra baggage. If you are consuming enough of proteins, you will not lose muscles. Just you have to limit your Carbohydrates (especially Grains of any kind), then body will use energy for stored fat.

Makes sense :) Similar to what others have asked, if you can let know what kind of foods to eat for BF, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, etc.... that would be very useful. I guess it is a consultation of sorts with you... :)

As my office is from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Breakfast at home - I go with Whole Egg Omlette and Brown Bread / Masala Oats. Mid Meal Snacks #1 (at Office - carry Meal Box from home)- Boiled Egg Whites OR Sprouts OR Nuts OR Makhana OR Apple with Green Tea / Black Coffee (without any sugar or milk) Lunch at Office Canteen - Lots of cooked Vegetables, Salad, Curd and Dal. Mid Meal Snacks #2 - same as #1. Mid Meal Snacks #3 - same as #1. Dinner at Home - Grilled / Boiled / Steamed Chicken with Vegetables.
