Yes it is as painful as few hounds taking out body part from a living entity. But have we learnt any lesson either male or female. Instead of making Indian territory an abhyaaranya we started naming girls Nirbhaya and pushing other to undergo such pain as long as we are not able to free it from animals born as men.

All Human Beings - Whether Male, Female or Hermaphrodite Fall under "The Kingdom Animalia" in Zoological System of Classification - So The Human Beings are Not Spectacular or Divine beings.
