Why people quit their first job? 1)Our education system is not job oriented.So,they have to find out everything only in the first job. 2)Fresh Graduates don't know as to what they want in life. 3)Their skill sets are not developed. 4)All this ends in total confusion & frustration? 5)Jobs are not available to their liking and competence.

They quit because they are lost in the rat race which is exhibited by superiors . Rat race here include favoritism, regionalism, nepotism, groupism.. The only option for them is run away from the mess to end up in another mess .. Like that they keep learning and finally be part of the mess and master this once grow in the corporate ladder..
