Let him be where he is. See what Venugopal Sampath Iyengar has written "very sistematic, disciplined, less emotion, cool captain" exactly opposite to what the current team embodies. What this humble person teach to such GREATS? If he tries, he may also be sent packing like Mr. Kumble.
