How to set your fitness goals for 2018 if you still haven't started

The most important one here is setting realistic and achievable goals. Most people try hard to lose some X kgs in a very short time but will fail, lose motivation. If you are beginner, start slow. Don't be too ambitious. I used to be like that until I joined Steel Gym in Hyderabad where I learnt that slow and steady wins the race even in fitness goals.
