For longevity?

For longevity,one might have to do a lot of things.
1)One has to eat Nutritious food appropriate and adequate to the age and activity.
2)Carryout appropriate and adequate exercise.
3)Keep body wight under control.
4)Sleep/rest well.
5)Avoid all bad habits.
6)Avoid all negative thinking and feelings and cultivate good thoughts.
7)Must have a reason/purpose to live.
8)Must enjoy living.

Being a filmy avatar if you die early people will mourn like Sridevi but all other cases dying early is advantageous to all. Hence always ask what is the need to do so much sacrifice for longevity.
