Pic shows a mother breast-feeding her kid, which is universal Truth, and very good to kids / Moms health. As a Mom you see bonding between you and your kids in the picture. Now, you allowed everyone to see your private space (picture), and naturally every one looks at your exposed part first (instinct) and later they will force themselves to see at your bonding, later.
Society has given separate words: Public, Private. Please understand the meaning of these words, and make your wise choice.

I do understand that she was sexually abused as a kid but such photos dont really help you fight the scars of your abuse
