i am an ophthalmologist and letme tell you that the artiocle here is unscientifis and only helps to confuse a lay person. there are no lenses for CVS, blue filter has nothing to do with CVS, the so call exercises are a latest fad but irrational. whenever you publish a content, please ensure the author has sufficient knowledge on the subject in question
