1. Retirement age of Professor with Ph.d degree can be extended till 75 years. 2. Personnel with Industry experience and highly Qualified, who have Retired, but, are willing to contribute, can be absorbed as Visiting Professor for Teaching for few years, even if Age is between 70 to 75 years. 3. Post of Lecturer/ Assistant Lecturer may be introduced for young having ME/ M.Tech.,Age between 23 to 30 years), who could teach students at undergraduate level and also Persue PhD .

There are to much politics in university. Phd segment is loosing charm's due to internal politcis.
