Reducing weight is one thing and fitness is another thing.Food is responsible for all our weight problem to the extent of 60%.Exercise is only 20%.Regularity 20%.Exercise makes us more fit and energetic.Eating less or just eating one meal a day will do a great deal of good.It can increase our life span by 30%.
Please re-look into the timings. I am told that Lunch should be around 1230 hrs and dinner by 1830 hrs. That will also ensure healthy digestion for the kind of food that we eat these days.
