All this may sound very good. However, I have had very bad experiences with Shopclues in the past. Many, many emails written by me to Radhika Ghai were NEVER answered, whether out of indifference or arrogance, I don't know. So, it's one thing to laud someone in a media article. You need to interview customers to get their real stories too.
