I have heard he is a not reliable. There are allegations on him that, He took money from commom people but never started it. With hardly any followers on you tube, Rediff could have choose a much better person to represent fitness in India. Now I have my doubts on Rediff on how they select articles and personalities.
To be fit,you need 3 things? 1)Food & nutrition which is appropriate and adequate to you age and activity.For food is needed for growth,Energy,Repair and Replacement. 2)Exercise which is appropriate and adequate to you age and fitness level. 3)Rest/sleep that you need.
