Our society teaches only 3 things. 1)Come first in the class. 2)Get the best job. 3)Marry the richest girl. It seldom cares for anything else including the 3rd gender.
Mos t of the transgender are pushed to corner be the society. Many NGOs who profess to help them are helping themselves living in plush offices. Our society has to change .They must be provided employment.Trans genders must form their own NGOs

The idiotic media in India should recognize that children need to be taught essentials of society - like for example - traffic rules, hygiene, discipline, honesty.
LGBT rights , Transgender issues can wait.
We are a sickeningly primitive society when it comes to rudimentary civic sense. TEACH THAT TO KIDS first.
No need to become an enlightened , Dutch like citizen over night.
