The run up to the concert published this performance as "Ode to Odisha's folk music"; the band performed certain Sambalpuri song in a preview (at a Radio station's studio) and this aspect was discussed at the press conference also. Personally encouraged Odias in Bombay to attend & others (including SM Groups)spread the word around. Very pleased to have a concert review (lets be honest musicians deserve it) but equally disappointed that this piece does not talk about the highlight of Odia folk music at all. I am not based in Bombay & hence could not attend and the Youtube live link failed after a point so I am not sure how much of Odia folk music was actually played though.
