Stress the real culprit of all health issues
by Jayaprakash Balan on Oct 11, 2017 03:04 PM

Strangely, people in cities take pride in the fact that they are the most hardworking people, having a fantastic luxurious life with all requirements and still striving and struggling to earn more without realizing the simple thing that all these become unworthy when compared to the stress they gain in the process and which is the main cause for all our peace and health issues and still happy surviving only on medicines. Their inability to understand the real necessity of life makes them selfish enough to run after many things and then blame it on the competition, environment and circumstances which they themselves created in the quest for being better than others in terms of materialistic things. Alas the same culture is being transferred and adopted by tier-2 cities and slowly but steadily to be moved even to small towns and villages where people were better off. Finally we may say that India is developed or developing in terms of concreteness but not having a good health or good air to breathe. Scenario is only going to be worser unless people have the guts and courage to shed off their craveness and greediness to have more and more and be one up than others and instead give importance and priority to good health, good living, good air, good unpolluted environment and live for others also except self, wife and children. Anyway, more stress is happy news for Doctors, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical companies who can thrive and earn more on people's unhealthiness.
