I like to eat Parathas, Uttapas, Chicken and Boiled eggs on roadside vendors. Its healthy and chances of contamination are less. Never eat food roadside which is not prepared by heating or boiling like Wet Bhel, Pani Puri, Burgers, Sandwich, etc. Also do not eat roadside food prepared by deep frying like Wada-Pav, Bhajiyas, Jalebi. There are chances of botulism contamination in long used oils.
