Congrats to the great work ycook, I have been Facinated by this technology way back in 2003 At cmfrti mysore. Have been using this technology in fishing industry for the past 15 years, this has two way advantage. 1. Food can be preserved without harmful preservatives and stored for longer period ,hence avoiding wastage .2. Can be transported to long distances Without cold chain( which is costly also lacking Remote areas), hence lower costs. I am shocked to see the photo of this human in such a bad condition. Do not India improve its inner strength instead indulging such unwanted narrates which are not in its interests.It is better for India to provide home for all & food for all that should be first priority of the present Indian dispensation instead being biased to other communities & communalizing the atmosphere
