There is an interesting story about Cornelia approaching a Maharaja for some financial help. While she was explaining her need to the ruler, he appeared to pay scant attention to what she was saying, playing with his dog all the time. When she came out, the ruler's minister congratulated her, saying that the ruler invariably helped the persons at whom the dog did not bark. It was proved to be true!
