If anyone buy iphone they have to prepare themselves to pay higher charges for the repair. If you buy Mercedez or BMW por Audi you can not expect to incur service charges like that of Hyundai or Maruti. The charger of iphone which cost Rs. 3400 while only charger cost Rs. 1700. The charger of Apple is not better than other phones still Apple charge higher rates. The same thing is for other accessories. The most important aspect of iphone is that you can get one year warranty on purchase of phone but for extention of warranty even Apple stores also dont help the customers and ask customers to phone Singapore and customer never get warranty even they are prepared to pay Rs 4,500 per year. This is Apple's marketing stretegy as they expect that the cost of repairs after one year will be very high.
It is day light robbery by Indian standards .When I gave my Mac Book Pro they deleted the Micorsoft Office - since it was gifted to me by my daughter I did not even have the password and the original in the system was not loaded by the authorised repairer in Navi Mumbai besides the high cost of repair I had to shell for my office too

Also I got a cheap touch pad from Chinese make even against my conscience - because the I phone has sky rocketing price
