After we got our independence there is a frenzy of name changing by successive governments. We are paying back our erstwhile rulers in their own coin by changing names of places, roads, educational institutes, railway terminals and many more.

There need not be any gratitude shown to beastly invaders who committed atrocious crimes through obeisance to the building legacy they left.That doesn't mean we dismantle it and waste time and energy as people did in dismantling Bhamiyan Buddha elsewhere.Let Taj be there and those who enjoy the ambiance do it and let it bget called the world's only wonder also by them if it is so to them.But India can see it only as invader legacy R.PONNAMBALAM
Can it be symbol of love if the builder rather financier married 8 women,for love he killed Mumtajs Husband and kept her and she died during 14th delivery.Truth is bitter isnt it..

Indians have no right to utter even one word against the name of any invader legacy.Otherwise one will be clubbed with "INTOLRANCE"INDia is the only hapless country in the world whose destiny is that it has to pay obeisanceTO INVADER LEGACY.It doesn't mean that the legacy structures should not be there.But this paying obeisance!!!R.PONNAMBALAM
