Author sure failed in Geography in school. Cherrapunjee, Mawlynnong and root bridges are in Meghalaya. So though the author is asking all to visit Assam, the best places of natural beauty mentioned by him are in Meghalaya.

Goa is also mentioned above. The article is not only on Assam.

yes, goa sports a different heading and paragraph. meghalaya doesn't.
