In high temperature locations like hyderabad, where temp are around 43, mangoes sold in open sun will be very hot. At that temp range, can naturally ripened mango hold the fragrance when we go out to buy ? Other than side effects of chemicals present on the peel, does artificial ripening affect taste, flavour,nutritional value of mangoes ? Why do they ripe artificially - only to make them transport-worthy ?

Start taking chemicals and your body get immuned to all these chemicals and afterwards you are free to take any friut all your life time

As other departments ,FASSAI is also helpless on local supplier. Now it is very common to give injection to vegetables,fruits and edible to gain more.Public should aware by keeping careful test. Even organic foods are based on organic chemicals for preservation.
