These qualities require in Private Jobs but Govt.Jobs does not require these qualities as in India Govt.teachers are paid hefty salaries for non delivering education to poor students.

Dont always be negative. I have seen some government school which is very good. Yes there is reservation for SC & ST but still there is lot of opportunity for open category also. Always be positive.
