Don't use the word "rookie". She don't won the election on her degree. She will be the rookie of election, if she is not the daughter of someone like Akhilesh Singh & not contested from Rai Bareli.

I am not kongres still I oppose one should not ask the sanctitity of her MBA from Duke which is one of the best university in US purely on merit not on donation.
