They say that 60% of vehicles are uninsured for 3rd party. When for a new vehicle tax is collected for 15 years,collect 3rd party insurance also for 15 years? After 15 years,when it comes for renewal for 5 years,collect Insurance for 5 years? For this to happen,you must reduce the insurance premium,considerably.Pl think?
