97 percent population are obc, mbc, sc, st they must represent iit, 97% in teaching and consulting areas, immediately apply the rule,

in iit same nit rule should apply state quota, and home quota, and outside state quota, or all india quota, 66% like state government, rest is general all are eligible including st sc, bc, mbc

iist, iiser, iisc, everywhere we want 97% reservation for bc, mbc, st sc, and other backward class, we are more in nation, in student and teaching

iim also wewant teaching and student to be for backward , sc, st, non creamy layer bc, mbc , this non creamy layer is to be thoroughly chekced because rich is coming and disturbing , pan, aadhar of both father and mother , it returns of them to be checked, not the tashidhar certificate
good quality iitans 11000 per year no , mere entrance will not produce good students, 4 years he has to be same level , you cannot expect everybody 11000 comes out colourful, let them release white paper, we will see, in 10 years time bits, sastra, ssn will over take iits, so many things, iit must give on open quota to Home state also, so many things, except computer science student most of the other course students those who are good cgpa goes to finance companies, IITans if you give a student a place like mbbs he has to be in india for another 5 years , that is happening or not tell me, how much government spends on each iitans 20 lakhs around, let them pay and go if they go to abroad, whose tax money they enjoy, let them first bring white paper about each year how many students pass without arrears, after 4 years how many goes with colour, and where he goes and abroad at whose cost , let him pay 20 lakhs and go, REGARDING discipline of each student we need, are they society
You require the so called teaching staff to be trained first so that in turn they can give practical examples of application of what they are teaching!Then only the students will be interested and try to become job ready while learning.You cant expect the Industry to start teaching afresh for the jobs.
Reservation and crony capitalism are the two evils which are killing our country. Reservation killing talent & crony capitalism is killing business. Reservation is designed to target specific caste people particularly brahmins who are natural talent. Similarly by crony capitalism, helping only baniya people to loot the country. Hence all mining mafia, land mafia, stock market scam from baniya. Others were not allowed to do business. Remember all these have happened only after independence. In this only two communities were benefited. SC/SC creamy layer & baniyas.

While blaming the present days reservations, please think of the Varnaashram system wherein the referred community has been classified as learned community and others were being classified for other category and in fact suppressed others for thousands of years. Once the reservation policy came into existence after independence others were given opportunities for education and as of date referred community cannot compete with the remaining 50% of reservation available to them while their population are between 5-6%. In fact during 1950-60s, big industrial concerns were owned by them, most teachers in colleges & high schools were from them. Advocates, Judges, doctors, politicians, ministers were from them. Further they were running hotels & industries. What happened to all of those- the particular community has not grown in those field at all while other communities other than SC/ST have made more growth in those field.
They prefer to work under Some body's investment (companys)or in Govt or in abroad. As of date there are more traders from so called backward communities and running so many industries - cannot be called them as Banias and those were from different communities. In fact they should blame themselves for continuing the same pattern of past glories/thinking.

ok. remove democracy and reservation. Let us see who stands where? have guts to face compitation? this is called goondaism using voting as a tool and this is what we achieved after independence. So, the people who are suppressed inspite of having talent only on the name that their ancestors have done wrong how correct you punish future generation. This is hooglism and not these people are against this democratic system and thinking of foreign rule.

Talent was nurtured. Remember, Kabir was tutored by Ramananda and most of the Sangam poets were not Savarnas. Yet they flourished.
The moment we stop purchasing strategic equipment from foreign countries and pay those amount in house development the situation will drastically improve. Right now researchers are keeping their zeal alive on pennies. If a real environment is given where petty politics and elevation by being puppet will no longer dominate Indian talents can do miracle. However the ill educated politicians are real problem. They will thrust on manual labour than on intellectual labour and as a result something very poor will come that will further aggravate the cause. Hence vote only high performer in education not on human mongering.
Never Indian Institutes churn out an an Engineer. If they are Engineers why none other than a Collaboration or aided to have Knowhow transferred survived on own brainchild of R&D? To pass JEE & to become a technocrat are different. To assemble CKDs/ SKDs are less gifted than an Engineer's. See the Mobile market - drainage of money from mediocre men to Chine. Medical Eqpt. to domestic appliances (not to speak of Ampules & disposable syringes), military to entertainment what is branded Indian in true sense? Shaving blades are of imported steel. No Gas Turbine is developed by us to manufacture a plane - but HAL becomes Nav Ratan. Culinary, cutlery, Sanitary napkins, Family Planning implements like condoms are made by us only.....
What is talent if after 70 years of independence even on technical issues, quota for incapable persons by the name of SC,ST,Disabled etc., is reserved. Are we free secular society.
