I have opted for a group insurance in SBI as part of housing loan availed. During the medical test, they said there is some risk so the premium need to be increased. I asked for the medical test report. They refused it saying it is confidential. The customer service person at the RACPC advised me to withdraw if I do not like the increased premium. This is the state of a retail customer. How the big sharks get away by getting their loan declared as NPA and duly written of by GOvt. Poor farmers loan waiver is termed as fashion. Making India great!!!
