Indians are too much obsessed with money and so we find 90% of parents trying their best to ensure that their children get the best education by sending them to top most schools, colleges and coaching (though its just a myth) as they want their children not be good human beings but academically well so that they think they would get a very high paying job in some multinational Company or high paying corporate jobs. The truth however is the MNCs and Corporate world doesn't hire people who are honest, hardworking and talented, but those who are smart, good looking and only knows to blabber and talk more. Indian mentality has always been like that and not going to change so unless the children themselves refute and go against parents decision and wishes in terms of career, our country is not going to be diverse nor kids excited about joining different professions according to their liking.
