Who is stopping Reserved Category people from going abroad?

They cannot because they will not survive there as they will be without quota.

They are happy being in India as they are enjoying things at the expense of someone elses hard earned money.

Other side of the coin

While the young talent must be appreciated, it is also a sad reality that IITs have hardly benefitted our country - in fact they have benefitted only the western countries, especially the US over the several decades of its existence.

It is also a glaring reality not a single graduate from IIT has joined the defence related establishments (like DRDO) for the past 30 years or so.

We look upon premier institutions like IIT with pride but what is use of talent without attitude?

Mr Jealous. You pls also take help from government and score this much if you are so talented. Ridiculing somebody is easy. Doing the same thing is very difficult.

MAY ALMIGHTY BLESS THEM. AND , in turn they must help their juniors to achieve this sort of academic excellence. Our Engineers, particularly, from pvt. institutions are really very poor one. I'm surprised that when private schools are producing such an outstanding ones why these engineering institutions are at such a rock bottom level. Why not AICTE can set some standards so that these private engineering schools be at par with NITs/IITs. We prefer Private hospitals over Government Hospitals for one reason:Quality.
In the same way authorities must raise bar for these pvt. institutions as well.
