they don't want to give work permits to Indians but they want more indian students ,so that they don't lose their jobs but can get dollars . this is not win lose situation for india.
what the present government should do is to provide world class universities in India, so that Indian students do not have to go to USA,UK, Australia or any other countries. We should be able to produce world class material from these institutes. Give top priority to this. Earlier we had Smriti Irani as HRD Minister and she has been always on the limelight. At present, I do not even know who is the HRD Minister!! wHILE mRS. Irani was all over, the present incumbent Minister has gone into his shell and I do not think anything worthwhile happening in the HRD. I may be wrong. will be grateful if someone knowledgeable corrects me.

Hi Babu,
We have prestigious institutions in India , IIT , IIM ,AIMS to name a few. People who come overseas are the once who are mediocre , I am talking about the majority , I also don't deny the fact that good talent is fleeing away not to really learn something new instead to make a buck. So India does have good education and good educational institutions .
