Pics are all very nice. But I visited Allepey a short while ago.. It is beautiful in patches but the beauty IS COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY THE VERY VERY DIRTY WATER. It is so sad to see such dirty water BLACK WATER. INDIA does not know how to take care of its beauty. SOON IT WILL ALLLL TURN VERY UGLY>>

Kuttanad is not a village. It is a region of Kerala, like they say "Marathwada" in Maharashtra. Of course, Kuttanad is a much smaller area.

Other than Kuttanad ,Kerala has much more to offer-hills,vales,canyons,beaches,forts,lush green tea gardens, tropical forests,lakes,waterfalls,backwaters- the list is endless.
