This IAS Toppers say nice and lovely words which makes indian people feel that they will change the face of our country.Every year their are UPSC toppers and we read the same story from them. But the ground reality is when this people sit on the chair provided by the British Raj they forget everything that they are indian and start looting the people of this country. And what this IAS can give result that every country man knows the better example is Mr Kejriwal

Real mindset. Not for in personal but general attitude of bureaucracy is loot, loot and loot the contry.

It is not -ve reaction. It is reality. I am speaking from experience. They really start fully believing what all they are saying. Unfortunately, from day one of their career, they have to rub shoulders from the politicians and their henchmen and all idealism vanishes. If they do not bend to the whims of the politicians they very soon learn that their straight forwardness does not get good postings and assignments. Some go under, but a few quit unable to take the pressure because they can always find other jobs.
