Coffee is not a healthy drink. It stimulates your brain to produce more Serotonin and Dopamine, which also disturbs your sleeping pattern. Now-a-days peoples are frequently observed with a deficiency of Adenosine hormone which is a must for good sleep. Coffee inhibits production of this Adenosine, hence people who drink regularly coffee finds difficulty in sleeping. And nobody can argue that sleep is very important for our body.
