Could the Pune techie's murder been prevented?

BASIC REQUIREMENT TO WORK IN OFF-DAY

1. Single person never allowed by any administration.

2. The proper & genuine requirement need to evaluate before job allocation in day-ff

3. The repairing work during the work other than breakdown of machine/computer should be restricted.

4. The safety alarm system are require in handy position.

Female should never warn the stalker or pervert men. She must lodge a complaint with police or higher authority directly without intimating him. When police or higher authority warns him the chances of this type of attack are less since would be accused knows that more people other than victim is aware of his misdeed.

Makes sense.. When higher authorities or Police do it in their style, then occurrence of such incidents in future are more or less minimized as the stalker is fully aware if anything goes wrong with the lady he is the first one to be nabbed.

Is it not a matter of shame that in an organisation co founded by Engineer woman, a working woman is not safe? Infosys should explain how security personnel are deployed and who is responsible for entry of a security guard in a banned area?

Will somebody fix responsibility on Infosys? Glaring mistakes from the part of management, irrespective of foolishness of the victim and cruelty of the culprit, are the root cause of this waste of precious life...
