Rather than having this complicated LTA rules, it is better to abolish this exemption and improve the tax slabs so that overall tax outgo shall come down.
It is a wasteful expenditure increasing crowd in rail and air, must be immediately banned, one of the biggest liability in Govt. expenditure. Only Home Town Travel should be allowed with minimum 15 days leaves. No such burden should be put on tax payers from govt. budget, We all must oppose it. It will save thousands of crores.
