1. Indians are forces to work beyond the working hours. 2. They are not workaholic as its been portrayed. 3. Its out of fear they work, that if they do not work they will loose they job. 4. The salary or wage is so low, if they sit out for some days they will loose the basis necessity.
We Indians were slaves of the British Masters for 150 years. Slavery is in our Blood. So becoming TOP VACATION DEPRIVED NATION IN THE WORLD is just automatic winning of the title. Even today 69 years after Independence we still work for Indian Bosses who like to treat their employees as slaves and any reference to Vacation is haram for Indians. So the poor Indian slave continues in his misery rather than agravate the misery more by not depriving himself of a Vacation.

I went to Shimla manali dharmashal tour arranged by axis bank friend in year 2011 as my leave got sanctioned on time after world cup next time it took 2015 to get tour to Kashmir with proper leave sanctioned so plan in advance tour then only go otherwise just watch movies of khan bros
